Thanks for your information. But, isn't the used of flowmeter is to measure the water rate and then by this can detect how much is filled into the bottle? The type i want is the type that can measure the weight of the water filled into the bottle. Please help me with this.

I am working on a water filling system. When i set 500ml of water, the water will be filled into the bottle, once it fill till 500ml, it will stop. I want to create something like a weight detector that can detect the water level reach 500ml and then stop the water from filling...

I want to make an independent smart card reader that doesn't interface with the computer. The reader act as e-money, that can store money and deduct money. Can anyone provide information about this?

Actually, i don't know what kind of smart card is it. I just want a card that input and retrieve points from it. For example, the card point represent the money value, the card can be used to do payment, such as bus fares, food, grocery stuff..

The concept of smart card is like this, the card can be topup point by using the computer and the point can be reduced by using a device. Im trying to do this project but i only have the basic idea.
