Remember the power supply for high side is derived from low side supply by instantly charging the capacitor connected between Vs and Vb pin via diode when low side MOSFET is on.

Auxiliary winding for 18V on main transformer seems to be theoretically best choice. But in practical situation the regulation in auxiliary winding will be very poor. Under no load conditions even it may not able to supply minimum current drawn by TLP250 drivers.
