Thanks for your suggestions, the filter capacitors in the Invertor Board were giving the problem. I repaired it without schematic next day when I posted it.

I need Service Manual or Schematic Diagram of Acer LCD Monitor AL-1707A. It's picture goes off after 1 or 2 secons of switching ON but the power LED remains green. In my opinion, the Inverter circuit is faulty. Any other opinion is welcome and will be appreciated alongwith Service...
