I am estimating the scattering field from these below integrals by asymptotic approximation (saddle point method) for H and E polarizations, respectively.
\begin{align}
I_{\text{H}} &= 2jka\int_{-\pi/2}^{\pi/2}\cos({\varphi + \phi_0 - \phi}) e^{jka[\cos{\varphi} + \cos({\varphi + \phi_0 -...
Hi everyone,
I would like to simulate propagation of Electromagnetics Wave in a city scenario for my master thesis.
Can anyone help me with any basic code of SBR method.
Thank you very much!
Hi everyone,
I am designing an array Microstrip Patch antenna with the band 2.3-2.5 GHz. But the trouble come with single element. I cant design an antenna like that with the bandwidth of 200 MHz.
I tried to build an Aperture Couple antenna, but the bandwidth is very low, just about 90 MHz...
Hi everyone,
I want to fabricate a plannar divider with one part, which is just 0.1mm in width. In Vietnam, there is no company can handle this problem. Is there anyone know where can do it (even foreing my country), please tell me know.
Thank you so much!!
So, the only way to create Left-Inductor is to use the via. I have read one paper about use the via-less
https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/xpl/freeabs_all.jsp?arnumber=6408784&abstractAccess=no&userType=inst
I mean, is it possible to creat L-left without a via. It would be easier in implement.
Thank...
I am designing a CRLH TL in microstrip line. From the equivalent circuit of CRLH TL, in theory, the left-Inductance can be get by connect the conductor on the upper plane of substrate to the ground plane(bottom face). From what i learn, it can be done by 2 ways:
- use the via (conventional)
-...
Hi everyone, i am very interested in avionics aircraft engineering. I am studying at Vietnam in aeronautical area, but there is so little documents and supports in this area in my country. I would like to studying more about antenna in this field, so if any one in this area, the same me, could...
I expected S11 in two case is the same, because in HFSS the first port only excited, so in my view i thought S11 in both case will not change.

Hi everyone,
I have a little confused when simulate MIMO antenna.
Firstly, i simulate two antennas that are symmetric each other with one port only for antenna 1.
Second, i simulate them in the same manner but with two port for both antenna 1 and antenna 2.
The results of S11 from the First...
Re: how to know polarisation of antenna in hfss?
I am the new in this area. Could you tell us more detail as reading that graph to show the polarisation?
Thank you so much!!
I am designing a word antenna that is embroidered on a cloth. I get a trouble in simulation, which is the Unite operation. The HFSS notified that:
- Acis error: "Fail to make union..Acis Error 40002 - inconsistent containments on coincident face_face_ints" (6:22:37 CH Thg10 13, 2015)
- Body...
Thank you so much, vfone
You must have many experiences, i now like to ask you about the "substrate" and "ground" for this antenna in my project (especially in their dimensions). I do an antenna with one-port and it have good dual-band at 1.8GHz and 2.6GHz. Now i will have to do another antenna...
I have project designing coupled antenna by Decoupling Network for antenna at frequency 1.8 and 2.6 Ghz. So far i thought should do two antenna with two port first, then i take the decoupling network after. What do you mean, vfone? What should i do first, now?
thank you for your attention!
I just get size for dual-band of 2.45 and 5.2 GHz (l1 = 26.5mm, l2 = 5.3mm). For this length the plot of S11 is very good (figure below) but i can't adjust dimension for dual-band of 1.8 and 2.6 GHz.
thank you so much for your attention!
