    most standart logical IC usually with sot23-5 package and this one 6 and all of them in use ( in\out with pullup 10k one more pin -enable or something else) .Vendor unknown unfortunatly

    Nothing been found in net search. Only I know that 2nd leg connected to gnd and 5th to VCC 5v also logical in\out.. Thanks
