if I used negative voltage regulator , link 7912 , then I used normal totem pole driver , but how to input base of transistor? with negative voltage?

but if I have pmos on my hand and drivers not available in my market, is it mean its difficult to drive pmos with this frequency by most common component?

I searched a lot for P-Channel driver for fast speed switching buck converter about 30khz
I found attached driver from MPPT circuit but result very bad in gate , I use 4 irf4905 in parallel

then if battery full charged and we add load, MPPT system start to search for maximum power that not overvoltage battery 8-)?

I know if you fully charged battery , no benefit for MPPT
but I assume there is load on panel like inverter that need full panel power, I need the answer how to set duty cycle to get MPP and regulate output voltage in same time

you are right, but if I want to add load to battery like inverter , so I need to get max power , and voltage not exceed 14 , with MPP how ?????????

Example for what i mean:
If I set PV voltage to 18 and current to 8 , then the buck converter will output voltage less or more than 14, it's mean not adjusted voltage
and if I set output voltage to 14 , then load on panel will change and will lose MPP

I designed 20A charger using tl494 ,the problem mosfet damaged many time one I connect mains rectified DC volt, also IC damaged,
I tried circuit without feedback many time so duty cycle 45% without any problem, I think when duty cycle close to 0 , mosfet bomb ,I think I need some...
regardless to using topology,
suppose i want to make 1 stage charger, in iron normal transformer, if I put 220 to primary I will get 14.5 to secondary , when put this output to battery the voltage decrease under load and over the time the voltage will increase during charging.
in smps we use...
i will not use flyback , i will use push-pull in primary side , output will be 20A , i meant to use 2 secondary one for voltage feedback and one for charging
