Hi there
Please help me sort this Chinese Philips 21inch color crt tv
No picture
No sound
No high voltage
HOT collector voltage is 30v? What steps do I take to repair this.
WELL, I MANAGED TO SORT IT OUT.
There were 2 shorted zener diodes and a faulty gate driver but they were pretending to be working good until I remove all the components around the h-bridge and tested them off circuit. Thanks for the advice. pradhan.rachit.
Sorry corrections there: 1) it's right mosfet on h-bridge NOT left mosfet. 2) 220vdc to 240vdc NOT 220vdc to 270vdc. Sorry for the inconveniences that this error may have caused.
Ipradhan.rachit, I used HCPL-3120, inverter back to life. Working very fine thanks.
One other thing maybe you can be of help,
recently I posted a thread HOW TO REPAIR A 3KVA 2400W, maybe you didn't came across that one but if you search you will find it.
When I power it on it gives an error...
Hello,
Am tired of googling the Web looking for equivalent gate driver ic T350V. This is for h-bridge mosfet for pure sine wave transformer less inverter
Please don't tell where to get it I know there're lot of online shops with same product.
Thanks.
Hie there
Am new to electronics repairing, I need your help.
My off grid inverter blew 2 out of 4 mosfets from the Ac side and I replaced with new ones and worked fine that was 5 months ago.
Now it did the same this time with some resistors near the mosfets burnt . I checked for other...
Tried googling but what I saw is not really what I want to know.
On Google I only saw chargers with a step down transformer with single primary winding before rectifier, whereas I want the ones with transformer with two primary windings after rectifier and filter.
If you have any link then...
Am looking for explanation on how 5v cellphone chargers work if possible with diagrams. Especially on those from China which use transistor 13001 or 13003 and c945 and isolation transformer with two primary windings after rectification and filtration.
Hope I find you well.
I just got to know you guys through browsing but I liked your posts, they're really useful to anyone who is willing like me.
I am a newbie to electronics but have been doing repairs of home gadgets in my uncle's repairing shop but I can't figure out all those stuff how...
