[SOLVED] getting 'No such file or directory' message, but files are there

It seems like you just have an issue with reading from your directory in general, not necessarily with your code. I don't know this language but I have had similar issues with python. Are you sure that either eda playground is reading from the correct directory/ is located in the correct...

    constraint file VGA help

    (2) Second follow up ... My sync file is for an old version board that is not optimal for my board and my monitor says that it can display anything below the 1280 x 1040 pixels but is failing... so I am trying to change it to a 1280 x 1040 display area

    constraint file VGA help

Hello, I have a Nexys a7 100 board and I want to use the VGA port. I haven't used the VGA port before, and I haven't been able to find any literature on how to configure my constraint file. This is a LOT of text imo, so I'd just skip to my constraint file down there. I only need help with that...

    [SOLVED] single phase residential?

In the USA, is the power supplying a home a single phase? is it a single phase but two supplies lines and a neut or is it two phases that work in tandem? For a 120/240 panel Id imagine that its a matching phase but not 120/208. I work in commercial with 3 phase power primarily so I don't know...

    [SOLVED] Vrms vs DC

When I convert from V (AC) to Vrms, Is that rms value similar to a DC equivlent? Im confused on what exactly rms tells me, like on a multimeter. When you measure, it tells you an rms reding, is that similar to a dc reading?

    [SOLVED] rms Values

Ahh I think that I see where I was confused. an rms value is always mag/sqrt[2]. the angle is not part of the rms value itself, but is part of the V or I. Is that correct?

    [SOLVED] rms Values

Here is the thing that sparked this question: I found my Irms (Phasor) with real and imaginary components, then converted from cartesian to polar. I now have a rms magnitude and angle. When I plug into the AVG PWR eq. (Pavg = I2rms *R), do I only use the magnitude of Irms , as its the real...

    [SOLVED] rms Values

When I am given Irms = 10cos(500t - 45(deg)), and I need to plug it into an equation using Irms do I plug in 10<-45? or just the 10? I understand that 10 is I/sqrt(2). I guess my question is more, is the rms value just the magnitude? or is it the magnitude and angle?
