Hi
As far as I know ac simulation uses only small signal models (extracted around the DC operating point) for your active devices so in the case of large signal or nonlinear circuits they are not adequate and will cause misinterpretation.
Hi everybody
Have anybody installed Cadence 6.1 IC tools?
I want to do so but I am not sure about the steps to insatll. After insatallation with installScape my software does not work.
lcd program for 8051
Refer to Mazidi's book "8051 Microcontroller" , you will find sample programs both in C & Assembly for interfacing character LCDs.
Electromagnetic waves carry energy which reduces with the distance they go. So they can energize a circuit. Already industry is using a technology called RFID. In RFID active-tags with using an inductor the circuit absorbs the electromagnetic energy, rectifies it and uses it for power supply...
When you connect these capacitors, even in theory you will lose half of system energy. For soultion, refer to Basic Theory of Circuit and Networks by Charles Desor and Ernest Koh. (I have read tanslation of this book so I am not sure about the english name of the book.)
maxim 232 purpose
It is a TTL-to-RS232 converter.
This convertion is needed when you are communication from a distance (about a few meters). TTL works fine but for this distance its sensitive to noise, so in many cases specially in noisy environment they use RS232 standard. Because many IC and...
Suppose that you want to use windows system fonts in your moving-message display, is there any software to create codes of windows fonts for us?
I can create them but it will take a long time.
As I know a telephone line without any activity has a DC voltage (Value differs for countries) . Any activity (dilaing, ring tone,...) is sent using AC signals.
Each I/O pin of any system (microcontroller, etc) is capable of driving a limited amount of current to load (source or sink current). But many load require higher amount of current. Buffers provide this current while voltage is the same and because of this they provide a protection against...
With all types of uC's you can generate waveforms.
For a square wave form you need only to adjust timers to produce 0.05 sec delay (one for High part of wave and the second for low part).
For triangular form you can use increment instructions.
Finally for Sine wave you can use look up tables...
I think, if the actual size of PCB can be seen on your screen, you can use simply Print Screen key on your keyboard and save the result in Bitmap format using MSpaint.
One way but not the best is to use programs called emulators. In these softwares you can check your code step by step. In every line of your code you can check the content of registers, ports, memory,....
For example, you can use 8051IDE program for 8051 family microcontrollers. I have used it...
