How I can separate and send it for diferent displays?

I have the same noise problem, but my battery don't charge... if I put voltimmeter on battery output I only have 4.86V...

I would like desenvolve an robot controller by zigbee tecnology, but I need witch my robot have an video camera, for I can have image on PC.. I try use remote spaycams, but I have many interferences.
If I put on zigbee transmitter on ADC pin video signal and on receiver in this same pin...

On break light I have bulb with 21W (I think), so P=VI <=> I = 21/12 = 1.75A, U=RI <=> R = 6.8Ohm, for I simulate my light I need an resistor with 6.8R@21W, with a simple 240R SMD resistor it burn, or not???
because that I think witch this bulbs (in picture) have some circuit on it...

I can't explain me correctly sorry... I like replace rear break lights and driving lights, but if I use an simple LED with an resistor to controll led corrent, appear an error on painel.

On my car I change my original lamps to LED, but need have an resistor in parallel to simutate my bulb...
don't is possible make an circuit to simulate the bulb without an simple resistor? I seen many buld on ebay with some circuits, but I can't find anyone...

today I asked for the hex but they wont give it. Anyway, is there a way to copy/backup the bootloader i have in the mcu or that is not possible?

my teacher tell me witch bootloader stay write on special registers, but I don't know where...
I don't kown why but teachers don't give me hex bootloader...

this is an kit from my univercity, the bootloader is dedicate to him... but it only work on linux and with compiler.
I like use this kit on windows at home, for that I need put other bootloader or use ISCP, but I need have this bootloader to work on univercity.

I have a PIC32 kit with bootloader, but this bootloader only work with one compiller, but I like try others, but I don't have this original booloader in hex file.
I have PICKIT3, how I can copy only booloader? (PIC32 have particular memory to booloader).
