    P6KE TVS diodes maximum frequency

Thanks.I search the datasheet and find this: So how i can find maximum frequency from it?

    P6KE TVS diodes maximum frequency

There is no mention of capacitance in the datasheet.

    P6KE TVS diodes maximum frequency

Hi every one.I want to use TVS diode between drain-source of mosfet to protect it from spark. The switching frequency is 23.4 khz .Can I use these diodes for this freqency? Let me ask my question in a different way: Are these diodes fast and can be used in 23.4khz or in this frequency has current...

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

Actually fuse does not protect mosfet. It is to protect driver,In the presence of a zener or TVS diode,It just disconnect HO or LO from Gate after mosfet burns(As I said above three legs of mosfet is directly connects together in case of mosfet burns.for example 325v directly conducted to HO or...

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

Sorry for misspelling.I made 3.3mH with 33*29 EI ferrite. How about this circuit that uses an odd and of course interesting method to protect driver ic? After mosfets burn, mostly All three legs of mosfet will short circuit to each other.therefor it cause damage to driver. This circuit employ...

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

Yes,of course.Filter consists of 3.3uH + 2.2 uF as datasheet. I think You are right. So I placed bidirectional 350V TVS at h-bridge output and maybe it suppress TV and solve problem but I don't test it in practice. You mentioned that gate zener diode maybe useless.I have no experience in this...

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

It comes from intentional short circuit at output(P2-P3).

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

Thanks dear klaus for your reply,But I have used electrolyte cap(2*82uf) and two 100nf CBB cap very close to mosfets in my PCB. Does placing the 16V zener diodes on mosfet's GS cause a problem?

    H-bridge Mosfet protection

I have built a 220v pure sine inverter using EG8010 spwm ASIC. the Circuit is overload protected by using shunt and op-amp,But It's not protected from output sparks. Here is the original circuit: Every thing is OK,Except when we have spark at output which leads one or more mosfet and even...

Problem with cd4013 Flip Flop startup state

Hi,I have built a simple toggle switch with 4013 common dual flip-flop ic.The toggle buttons work fine,so Everything is ok except primary state of output. The output (PIN 1 & 13)state is high when I connect Vcc to circuit despite the inputs are on low state .What should I do to keep output in low...

Something wierd about P6KE350A(unidirectional TVS diode)

Thanks guys.I threw all of them away, don't want to waste my money and time any more,At least i learn not to buy TVS diode via internet and go to store with my MM.

Something wierd about P6KE350A(unidirectional TVS diode)

By the way I also connect them to 600 VDC ,and they pass current! Maybe you are right,The suffix is wrongly marked 8-O

Something wierd about P6KE350A(unidirectional TVS diode)

There is no other scenario,I think you are right....It costs me about 20 IRF740 mosfet and a lot of time :bang:

Something wierd about P6KE350A(unidirectional TVS diode)

MM diode test works well with other si diode such as 4007,even work with P6KE400A and P6KE440A! Here is my 350V diodes: There is no specific circuit. The 350V Tvs diode doesn't flow current at both side. - - - Updated - - - Wiki says that TVS diodes work like a rectifier in forward...

Something wierd about P6KE350A(unidirectional TVS diode)

Hi,I have bought some 350V TVS diode, tested them with MM diode test ,but No flow passes from any side!Like it's bidirectional! I also test them with 325 VDC and result was the same,No flow from both sides. The TVS should transfer the current in one way after all,Regardless of diode clamping...
