RF Harmonics Measurement not following expected slope

Hi Attached is image of the fundamental and harmonics for a simple CPW (transmission line) on silicon. It can be clearly seen that 2nd slope is about 1, while the slope for 3rd harmonics is about 2 at higher power input.

RF Harmonics Measurement not following expected slope

@pancho_hideboo: they are from actual measurement. @all: for the case of a 2mm Tline (which I am observing), what factors could contribute to the non-linearity?

RF Harmonics Measurement not following expected slope

Hi All When measuring the Pin vs Pout (fundamental, 2nd & 3rd harmonics) of switch or transmission line, what can cause the 2nd and 3rd harmonics not to follow a slope of 2 and 3 respectively? I have checked and my fundamental is still responding linearly with a loss of about 2dB at the power...

    Drifting in AC Wheatstone Bridge

Thanks for the response. Will try your suggestion when I get back to lab. Also I am wondering, how do I test if I have a noisy PCB?

    Drifting in AC Wheatstone Bridge

Hi guys Background I have a wheastone bridge with arm ratio of about 50. The elements I used are resistors, variable resistors and variable inductors. The voltage difference is fed into a two stage preamp before feeding into the Lock-in-amplifier. Problem What I am facing is the output of the...
