Attached is image of the fundamental and harmonics for a simple CPW (transmission line) on silicon.
It can be clearly seen that 2nd slope is about 1, while the slope for 3rd harmonics is about 2 at higher power input.
@pancho_hideboo: they are from actual measurement.
@all: for the case of a 2mm Tline (which I am observing), what factors could contribute to the non-linearity?

When measuring the Pin vs Pout (fundamental, 2nd & 3rd harmonics) of switch or transmission line, what can cause the 2nd and 3rd harmonics not to follow a slope of 2 and 3 respectively?
I have checked and my fundamental is still responding linearly with a loss of about 2dB at the power...
