    Good DC to DC converter- input 20-60V output 13.5V @ 2Amp

    Good DC to DC converter i think u can use UC3845 . for doing this application the most simple way is using TOP switches such as TOP226 but since the range of 20 to 60 volt input is approximately large UC3845 is better .

    110/220 AC to 5/12 DC without Transformer

    circuit+220v+without transformer use TOP Switches such as TOP226 . see datasheet .
