I am in search of low cost Powerline communication circuit/modem through which i would like to transfer Time information(RTC) including seconds from a master clock to many receiver within a building! So it would be around totally 8 bytes of information including other miscellaneous alerts...
Yes seems to be heavy cost.
Then what is the low cost alternative way to implement concurrent operation?
I mean i want to run atleast three while/always/process block in my application.

Like 8051/PIC etc, i would like to program simple circuits in FPGA.

But i wanted to try one program and burn it into chip and make it in a separate board like 8051 projects. Eg: cypress PSOC kit...
