lna stability considerations
A non-zero S12 represents a signal path from the transistor output to the input. This feedback path is an opportunity for oscillation to occur.
Wilkinson power divider consists of a lumped resistor. For a fully planar solution, you can search in IEEExplore, where lots of paper report novel structures of power divider/combiner realized in pure microstrip form.
hi Pipeline,
No, I am only a graduate student of a university which happens to be in the same city with Silan and Sicomm.
If you are interested in these two companies, I strongly suggest you take a closer look. They are both good.

hi all,
I wonder which of the following two books is better for self-study on analog IC:
Analysis and design of analog integrated circuits, by Gray, etc.
and
Bipolar and MOS Analog IC Design, by Grebene.
What is the major difference between the two?
Thanks,
eco
hi Pipeline,
You are right. SiComm is a sub-company of Silan, and it mainly deals with RFIC and mixed signal IC.

analog design companies
Silan is a famous analog IC company in China. It owns several sub-companies which deals with various things like RFIC, digital IC and so on.

Ummm...seems down right now. Maybe recover later.
Re: rf design
hi,
I would like to suggest following books, which I found very useful.
RF Microwave Circuit Design for Wireless Applications by Ulrich L. Rohde
Introduction to Radio Frequency Design by Wes Hayward

My experience of using any CAD tool is that you have to obtain at least basic knowledge on the subject. Following the manual and clicking buttons are one thing, maybe some circuits can be built successfully in this way, while exactly understanding them is another.
For PLL design, a good start...
