I saw the Razavi book on Amazon, but I've ordered Sackinger's 'Broadband Circuits for Optical Fiber Communication' instead as it seemed to be more relevant to my problem.
Do you have the Razavi book & if so is there a design guide/tutorial section relating to TIA...
Can anyone share any design tips for designing a transimpedance amplifier or point me towards a suitable text?
