I am using IC6.1 and TSMC65nm pdk. I just find that the PVS-LVS check ignore MOSFET parameters at all. If i remove or change a mosfet or pin at schematic, LVS can find the error. But no matter the parameters of the MOSFET i change, it always report layout/schematic match! I do not have any...
