So now with this schematic i have 55 dB Gain - but it's small for my Voltage reference(I want Vref = 1.8 V). Can you give me some advise about design error amplifier - how improve gain and choose proper design?
Maybe for this purpose use MATLAB?
Good afternoon!
I need to design CMOS OpAmp on TSMC p/nmos 180nm for voltage reference.
Attached OpAmp:
Here i have a trouble - the right transistor of the bottom current mirror is not in saturation mode - the voltage drop on it is 300mV and the Gain i have -30dB - how can i improve my circuit...
If i need to perform the parameter callback in ADS, should i learn AEL language?
And how to use the AEL functions in ADS.
Can you explain please?
And i will really appreciate if you give me a link to read from. Thank you in advance!
Good afternoon!
I have elaborated topology for my LNA antenna amplifier, and after that i tried simulate my amplifier with topology in schemanic. And DC results for biasing transistors too much differ from those without topologie. What can cause difference?
Could you also give me a link for use...
That is we uses feedback network on the low frequencies instead of using K coefficient?
Is there any sense to use K In range until 1 GHz? (40MHz - 900MHz )
You've wrote "K<1 means that there exists the possibility of instability, if you choose certain input and output reflection coefficients"...
As i understand the criteries of stability is reflected coefficients of the amplifier(in and out) must be less than one.
Can i design amplifier(with operating frequencies until 1GHz, for antenna) if in this range K<1 ?
Transistor that i've choosen has K>1 at 5.5 GHz and above. In range 0 -...
I know that characteristic that explains stability is K coefficient and it's must be more than unity. But can you explain me basically, how one coefficient may describe behavior whole circuit? What thing does this coefficient describes? Stability it is too generally. More precisely.
Sorry for strange question dB suppose logarithm of fraction right) I figured out that dbm is decibel milliwatts. I thought that amplitude must be in volt. I beginner in design of devices cause could you explain why dbm is convenient way?)
My goal is to amplify the signal without distortion...
What amplitude has radio frequency signals reaching of antenna? In particular signals of TV.
I need to create an amplifier for antenna, cause I must to know what signals I will have to deal with.
Frequency band of our TV is 40-900MHZ
I wanted to create one component that stored a number of anothers. That is some design inside of component. I already do this by means the subcircuit and just change the picture of this schematic.
I thought hierarchy it is the same, but I was wrong) I ask you help in this case. How use the...
