Re: Positioning Servomotor:utility of velocity + current loo
Servo drivers include position+velocity+current loop.
Current loop: -> limit current in a posibility range and use for moment control mode
Velocity loop:-> stabilize speed and use for speed control mode
Position loop: -> Motion control
Re: multiplexing_pwm
I guest that you control multiple motors but PICs or others microcontrollers have only 2 PWMs. I suggest that you should use PSoC.
Servo drivers have position control mode. In position control mode, you can connect outputs (A,B pulses) of the encoder to them and setup servo driver to follow these pulses. If you use DELTA SERVO, I can help you.
I use microcontroller to measure high voltage DC so I need to isolate GND1 of high voltage to GND2 of the microcontroller. Can anybody suggest the way to do. Thank in advance.
Control system:
dX/dt= A.X+Bu
y=CX+Du
or W(s)=NUM(s)/DEN(s)
Can anybody help me improve that eigenvalues of matrix A are roots of characteristic equation DEN(s)=0
stepper speed profile
www.microchip.com has an application example on speed profile (velocity ramp) generation for DC motor using PID. I think it usefull for you
