i want to develop software for that, where can i find EAT files for sim800c 24 Mbit module?
as all the files given for sim800c 32 Mbit

but i used other windows 7 pc and the file is compiling now

i am using sim800c and want to download EAT files in module, for that i m using simcom_series_download_tool v1.10
i have also tried simcom_series_download_tool v1.06
but the download stops at 85% as shown attached image
how can i solve this?
any other tool available for uploading the EAT...

i am using sim800c and i want to use sim800's gpio,adc, and other features for that i have downloaded sdk files from **broken link removed** and followed the guide as per attached document
while i am running the SIM868M32.bat file from windows command prompt i got the error " /usr/bin/sh...
Everything was worked properly with lm78L05 which has a 5v/100ma output,somtimes after 3/4 hours of continues working it get hot.
So to solve that i was suggested to use lm7805 which gives 5V/1amp output,when i connect pin1 of the lm7805 to the input means after D2 and D3 in my circuit and pin 3...

Mosfet gets totally short circuited means gate drain and source all are short with each other

Yes i am using it as a reverse polarity protection. Is it proper connection??
Does this configuration cause problem to the lm7805??
Because the circuit works correctly with the lm78l05 but when i connect lm7805 Q1 goes short

I am connection proper input output pins of lm7805 as per datasheet
if there is no micro-controller connected circuit works fine
after connecting that it create the problem as i said
as per work given to me for now i have to make only charge controller,load is not decided yet
i have to use 12v/40Ah battery that for fix
so how to select the panel wattage range as i want 21VOC of panel

How to protect battery from overcharge and deep discharge using microcontroller
And how to check if the battery is fully charge or not??
