I have designed a basic dspic30f4013 based board, according to the datasheet recommendation. It works fine when operated by using ICD2 programmer. But when ICD2 programmer is disconnected from the board, the dspic fails to reset properly.

Actually, I think that I have set #FUSE command correctly, according to the chip datasheet.
Also, I have repeated the oscillator setting by issuing the #USE delay command, and checked the setting by viewing the fuses set by the flash programmer. Everything looked by the book, and still it did...
I have the problem concerning running dsPIC microcontroller with CCS PCHWD compiler. Namely, I cannot make it run with the maximum speed, by issuing the appropritate PLL command (FUSE).
I, also, tried with #USE delay command but the end result was always the same: the microcontroller operated...

Do two basic 485 com ports on Siemens PLC S7-226 CPU unit have gavlanic insulation (if so, for what voltage levels)?
Also, does the rs232/ppi cable for s7-200 family have galvanic insulation?
