i meant that transistors have to be controlled by the current. As an example if one trans is on then other one have to be off. like that type of things.

Our project has three bipolar stepper motors. Motors

Voltage: 12v
I need a driver circuit fro this motor. I used L298 IC circuit but the output current is insufficient. After that I used H bridge with use of C1061 & A670 power transistors. with use of that motor is functioning well...
