Hello,
I have an RF HF power transistor marked 121Z 9027.
In the amplifier it is used, operating frequency is variable, from 3.5 to 21 Mhz.
Can someone help the characteristics of this transistor? I could not find information on it on Google. Neither can I identify it's manufacturer...
