You can generate variable pwm using one timer and one pot also.
1.make port pin ON. start timer with ON time period
2.when it expires load OFF time period to timing registers. And make port pin off
Whenever ADC value gets changed calculate new ON, OFF values for timer registers

In the simulation i can't see zero potential at anywhere.voltmeter shows potential on both terminals alternatively.then how to say which one is phase and neutral?
for AC ,current direction is alternative. so,for the first half cycle current direction should be phase to neutral and for the next half should be neutral to phase.so power should present on both terminals alternatively.I can see this in attached proteus simulation.but not in real time.why it is?

Ac current is alternate in direction.but if i check the terminals (at residential single phase supply) with tester,phase indicates voltage but neutral not. Why ?

I designed a layout on proteus ares.But the output meta file (.emf) was not in the true size.pcb designers asking a image file with real size as the actual board.Can i generate that?
