We have done truncation for stacked patch antenna operating in GPS dual band(L1&L2) for making into circular polarization in HFSS, But the Axial ratio is not less than 3, it's showing high value. How it's like that? How to make circular polarization.

Measurements results of the antenna array in C band is showing variation from simulation results done in HFSS. Could you please suggest how to resolve this?
