As our company use new version of Cadence 5141 USR3, int he spectre ADE environment, spectre's transient analysis has option "transient noise" analysis.

Dear everybody,
Could you tell me where I could get the BJT ( like as 2N3904 )
spectre model?
And I run the bjt model in hspice path $HSPICE/parts/bjt/t2n3904.inc
in the time domain in HSPICE, there is large mismatch (gain) in board test ( common emitter).
