IBM CMOS_8RF DM PDK
Hello,
I am using IC610 virtuoso, and IBM CMOS8RF_DM technology, but I found there are no vias in cdslib provided by MOSIS, the PDK version is V1.6.0.0DM. I deed found there were vias in cdslib51 in the same version PDK.
Does it means IBM miss the vias or I am wrong...
