Is Transmission line (PCB trace) a LTI system?

Consider a 10" FR4 pcb trace, data rate is up to 5G. Do you think the pcb trace is a LTI (linear, time-invariant) system? Thanks.

how to reduce the input-offset of comparator

choping uses switch transistors. But chopping usually need a large RC filter to get rid of the ripple. It's not too practically in many application. offset of input pair is inverse proportional to the sqrt(L*W) of input transistors. So larger device makes smaller offset. Speed/power may suffer...

    another question -----high speed adc

pipeline probably can probably go up to 200M (for 8 bit); flash is the only way for speed > 200Mhz.

    EzPCB website updated, advise please

your price of $50/5 pcs is ok; but shipping is either too expensive or too slow.

what's a cheap way to solder find-pitch SMT components?

I have to use some SMT IC with less than 8mil pads. The pins are on the side and under the chip... makes it even harder to do hand soldering. I got one done successfully. But it was pretty hard. I wonder if there's a better way to do this (but not very expensive)... Should I try pyropen with...

eagle add extra pads device @ I'm using the C-US0805 capacitor from "rcl" library that comes with eagle 4.13.

If anybody need help in EAGLE, ask me in this POST !

converting .brd to single jpg file eagle When I use SMT components, my boards don't show the outline of the components (the rectangle that encloses the pads). Most PCBs show the outline of SMT components; it looks nicer. Is this a problem with the component library of eagle? Or is it a...

Process variation compensation in analog circuit design

Re: Process Variation Analog designers have to make sure their circuits work across the different process corners. Sometime, for best performance, process compensation circuit is used to allow the circuit work in its optimal operating point.

    VLSI design considrations...

for a logic/digital designer, gate level is most common. for a mixed signal /analog designer, everything is at transistor level.
