I would like simulating the S-parameters for a rod choke in the frequency range 0.5-300 MHz.
Which simulator, boundaries and port type shall I use? And how can one extract values of L and Cstray?

is it correct positioning a waveguide port after vias, like in the picture attached?
I know how to create a waveguide port starting from a PCB trace (like in pic_3), but I have no idea how to start in this case.
