Could you please help me find some open source finite element time domain (FETD) codes? I want to read them to understand basic ideas.

I am wondering if there are some analytical codes to calculate the EM fields of a vertical/horizental electric/magnetic dipole sitting in a layered medium? I think several books describing required theories and formulations.

1.Human Head
2.Automotive Communications
3.Printed Dipole Antenna with Integrated Balun
I am now using CST 5.0.2 and can not find such applications under the
example folder of CST.
