Hello everybody!!
I want to say that my problem is the output voltage are 178Vac (not 230V). I used software: sine_pwm_voltage-regulator_without_a-b_voltage_check, my output voltage are 230V!!!!:grin:
Californiajoe, you tell me in other post:
"One more thing: I just noticed that pin 2 of...
Thank you very much Californiajoe & jami007! :-P:-P
My problem was the output voltage drop 30V when i was connecting a load 50W, this problem happen because all feedback was trimmer. You tell me to proper work of inverter I must connect all feedback. Then I connected all my feedback, but the...
hello everybody!!
My inverter does work, my output voltage don't drop, it's correct. I had changed Vac_1 for Vac_2 and my inverter does work:-P:-P:-P!!!!
My problem is the output voltage is 170Vac because Va-b is the 7.5V. It's very important the feedback!!!
yuhuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuu!!!!:-P...
Hi jami007 & Californijoe, sorry:shock: i forgot to connect curr_h/l to MCU. My inverter start to run and it does work:grin:, but I had to put trimmer in "V_out" because the voltage in A-B is the 12Vac.
Now the value b/a is \approx 0.2V when the inverter is normal mode, but is 2.54V when my...
Hi Californiajoe and jami007. I connected all feedback signals to the MCU, but my inverter it doesn't work. The voltage are:
V_out=2.51V
curr_h= 2.53V
curr_l=2.51V
volt= 4.4V
Stdby=0.88V
b/a= 2.45V. I've connected a resistor 1K between b/a - GND, but my inverter it doesn't work.
After I...
Hi jami007 & Californijoe
I tried your code jami007 and my problem is the same. In your inverter when you connect load 50w, the output voltage is 230V?Can you try it? I will feedback all connection, i will comment my results.
Regards
Ok! A last question, do you think that all feedback is necesary to ensure proper work of the inverter?I want to say that my problem happen because i don't have the feedback in my PIC16F876A, that is to say, my voltage drop because i don't feedback to my PIC16F876A and it can't boost the output...
Hi Californijoe & jami007:-)
I've done new layout about stage power, the design is Californiajoe's layout. My voltage drop out 30V when I put load 50W. But i want to say that I don't have feedback with PIC16F876A. I've put trimmers. My problem is when i connect the feeback connection my inverter...
I'm going to do several checks about my inverter. I will try improve the layout.;-);-)
I changed the diode because the Electrical Characteristics is similar.
Regards
Do you think that peak between positive sine half wave and negative sine half wave is important?I think that it's very important and this is my problem. Do you appear this peak in your inverter? The value with load 50W is:
U3 -> (11.38V-11.40V).
U4 -> (11.38V-11.40V).
U5 -> 11.63V.
U6 ->...
Hi Californiajoe
I put the resistor 1Kohm connected between gate and source. Also I made photos of the output sine wave with and without load. The problem is the same

Hello CaliforniaJoe
I did a new stage power, I connected pin 6 & 7 and i used 8 MOSFETs. Look the picture that i attache. Also I tested the Vgs between MOSFETS in branch A with the osciloscope, I think that "blanking time" is my problem. Thank you very much for you help:-):-):-)
Regards
Hi Californiajoe
You are right, but my mosfet are totally compatible, even are less rds(on). I think that pin 6 and pin7 don't be connected. Look the datasheet! My inverter is the 150W, I think that i don't need eight mosfet.
What's do you think??
Best regards
