The resistors for CM signal detector is offern N-well res.so the parasitic cap from n-well to sub is unavoidable, and woe may call it Cp. Cp effects as Cgs(in out cap of cm amplifier), will create a pole 1/[R(Cp+Cgs)],and this pole will degreation the stability of cmfb loop.
after parallel...
Thank you all!
But I come across a problem when I try pss & pac simulation, the op-amp's dc gain will decress observably as the clock frequency increase...I do not know how to fix this problem.
What can I do ?
Hi,benchen:
I have designed a fully op-amp with sc-cmfb,and I come across the same problem. In my opinion,wo have not found the proper method for simulation. There may be something setted wrong when wo do simulation.
But how to fix the problem?
I have disigned a switched-capacitor filter, but how can I known the frequency response of the SC filter?
A freind told me that spectreRF(do pss pac simulation) may be useful, and I have tried to do this.but I failed.
Anyone can help me? How to do the pss & pac simulation with spectreRF?
thanks...
Re: CM input of SC circuit
Hi,ee484,have you designed an intergrator? In my opinion ,the intergrator has a similar problem, and it is dc opened.
can u put out the schematic?
cascode frequency compensation
As cascode frequency compensation will bring higher PSRR,I apply it in a telecascode two-stage OPamps. but I find: as the compensation capicitor increasing, the phase curve and the gain curve will be distored. Although I can reach 60 degree phase margin, the gain...
