Help me select parts for voltage monitoring

I need help with selecting parts for voltage monitoring. Basicaly I want to monitor 0.35V. When the input voltage gets below 0.35V I need to see a logic High on output. When the input gets above 0.35V I need to see Logic low on the output. I would like to drive LED with the output. I can have...

What's the simplest circuit for LED to turn on when the fuse has been blown?

Re: LED INDICATOR SkHigh, Thank you, Except I need the exact opposite. I need the LED to be OFF when the FUSE is NOT BLOWN. I need the LED to turn on only after the FUSE BLOWS. I don't want to consume extra current when the circuit is running. I only want to turn on the LED when circuit is...

What's the simplest circuit for LED to turn on when the fuse has been blown?

Re: LED INDICATOR Thanks for help. The part that I don't get is that if I use this current devider after the fuse like you said then when the fuse blows there won't be 3.3V on the R1 to drive the LED. Maybe I am seeing it wrong.

    Electronic ON OFF switch

I need to be able to control power (VIN) ON OFF by using signal or pulse. 1 for on 0 for off or the other way around is fine. I do not want to use any relays. The Vin can be from 1.8V to 2.5V. 100-200mA max current. The control signal would be around 4V +- 0.5V. I am thinking of P channel MOSFET...
