It's said port characteristic impedance can be defined only on cross section parameters, isn't it?
But, my practice says no.

Because wider port size may introduce higher mode, e.g. TE10....

How to get desired TEM field pattern with 3 or more conductors?
I draw modal/terminal line between the 2 conductors.
When I plot the E field pattern of the waveport,
I find, sometimes, HFSS treat the last conductor as floating,
and sometimes, sig/gnd.

Menuitems of HFSS\mesh operations\.. are not what I want to discuss here..
I have tried below actions:
1. Adding a point object on the surface of the object I want to mesh.
The point can't be a model object. It doen't works.
2. Draw a sheet (e.g. rectangle)...
