here is a good link showing how to modify a ATX PSU based on KA7500 (TL494).

For 0-36v you should triple the 12v windings on your trafo.That way you are using only one PSU not 3.

I have a k150 ICSP programmer identical with the one in the link, can you post a link to the software please? I cannot find it. The seller doesnt have one.
