I could not find in Mentor Graphics FastScan User Guide that tells how to do 0-filling, 1-filling, X-filling or random filling when generating ATPG patterns.
I think it is a basic feature of ATPG tools. Why cannot I find such command for Fastscan?

I learnt from all the Synopsys DFT tutorials that when doing scan insertion, 'set_scan_signal' can be used. However, I found my dc_shell-t could not recognize this command:
