using 1n4148 as reference voltage
I need to do a 0.5V reference. I planing to use an 1N4148 in serie with a 10K resistor, and the 0.5V throgh diode buffered by a OPAMP.
I need to known the presicion of this kind of configuration.
Wich is the better way to do that?

I'm still testing it, now I found that is very sensible to the external noise (maybe low CMRR), I can't trust in the noise that I'm watching....

I bought three days ago a new TDS1002 oscilloscope, I was disappointed when I set it to the 2mV/Div and the inputs grounded, because the noise is 1.4mV. If I change the probe set to 10 X the noise is 14mV into 20mV/div.
