    anyone know what i could of done wrong here????

    hi all, just wired up two seven segment displays through two 74ls90's and two 74ls47's now the first circuit increments right through to 9 then resests to 0 but the second increments every 2??? so i get 01, 02, 23, 24, 35, 36, 47 ,48 etc etc. also when the circuit powers up it starts...
