hi, ive got a code for my pic im going to be using as a digital temperature display from a lmz35 to pic 16f88 to inteligent lcd,

just wired up two seven segment displays through two 74ls90's and two 74ls47's now the first circuit increments right through to 9 then resests to 0 but the second increments every 2??? so i get 01, 02, 23, 24, 35, 36, 47 ,48 etc etc. also when the circuit powers up it starts...

im looking at buying a PICkit2 from microchip to programme a 16f84a, now i will be using (or so i think) my laptop to write the programme in MPLAB but my only concern is im running windows vista!!!!! does...

cool i think ill try that because my A/D converter thats come is too small for my breadboard, i think i should of ordered an in-line?? is that correct?? and my pic hasn't been dipatched yet so ill ring em and tell em to change it for...

hmm very interesting so what your saying is i can get away with an lm35/micro with built in adc/l.c.d with driver then all i then need is the c code and other circuit components such as resistors etc!!!

hi, im looking to make a temperature sensor with lcd output display just to display current temp.
