    Differential amplifier with active load

active load differential amplifier See chapter 4 in Razavi's book The differential amp is a amp that amplify the diff mode signal and try to reject the common mode signal. The diff amp with active current load is just a way to increase the gain of the diff amp.

    ABOUT unit gain buffer ...

I think the key difference is the output voltage swing. For telescopic op amp, if you connect the input and output to implement a unity-gain buffer, the output swing is Vth4-(Vgs4-Vth2) [Razavi page 299]. But if you are using a folded cascode op amp, the output swing is higher than the...

What is a MOS differential pair ?

Re: MOs Differential Pair A differential pair amplifies the differencial signal and rejects the common mode signal. It's chapter 4 in Razavi's book.

How to simulate the power out in amplifier using PSpice?

Re: Ampifiers If you are using a Orcad Capture, after you run the simulation ,go to "PSpice" -> Bias points -> Enable bias display. Then look at the number on top of your power supply.
