wht refrence voltage and other opamp satge u talking abt. i simply need a circuit to generate -88.25mV aqnd nothing else. so please answer accordingly

no i dont mean i adc circuit. i just simply want to make ciruit tht gives me a negative voltage 0f fixed value -88.25 mV ,so that further i can feed this to my circuitry.

i am having a code written for eeprom (24cxx) in assembly language for 8051 . i want to include it with my other program which is written in c languague using keil c51 . i mean i want to include asm file in c ,how to do it?
