Coilcraft typically uses the following convention, similar to resistor marking, but the basis units are nH:
xyz - where x = first digit, y = second digit, z = multiplier (units nH)
For example:
220 is 22 x 10^0 = 22 nH
470 is 47 x 10^0 = 47 nH
