Answer by myself :D
cd your_INSTALL_DIR/tools/dfII
mkdir local
cp your_INSTALL_DIR/tools/dfII/samples/local/cdsinit your_INSTALL_DIR/tools/dfII/local/.cdsinit
That's ok...
Find the input impedence of Ant sw. If it is not available in datasheet, you can measure the s11 of Ant sw input by network analyzer. Then just match it to 50 ohm(if it is PA output impedence)
Select a loading inductor with a higher Q value can improve power gain.
Or use cascode type to increase isolation.
Last, increase current also can improve some performance
PA for WLAN need a lot of power backoff.
Because the modulation type is QPSK for 11b and 64QAM for 11g at maximum data transfer rate. In these modulation, the linearity of front-end circuit is more important. Therefore, the backoff is needed. So it would cost much current consumption in this...
Thanks very much to BigBoss
I can get it now.
What is "PM" meaning?
Because I wanna know more information about
cmos LNA and Power amplifier for wirelessLAN.
