I was wondering if someone could help me.
I have an ecg signal with the QRS enhanced using the PT method.
I now have to calculate the heart beat.
Can anyone give any advice or pointers to do this on matlab ?

Does anyone know how to compute the RMS of a signal using matlab ?
I've tried this but it doesn't seem to work...
y=rms(ecgf, 30, 10, 1)
It comes up with the following error
??? Undefined function or method 'rms' for input arguments of type 'double'.
I have a clean ecg signal and a noisy ecg signal.
I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to calculate the DC Component of each and remove them using Matlab ?
