230v ac to 5v dc power supply circuit
If you want power your going to have to buy some SCR's. These are silicon chunks that can hand 100's of amps and can be switched. If you want 5v you just adjust their timing.

current capacity of wire
Look up the NEC (National Electrical Code). This is what you want to go by. Temperature matters a lot. I'm sure it's on the pirate bay.
say two relays are energised at the same time..then the phase to phase shortage can happen right?
You can buy relays that are mechanically arranged to make that impossible.
Added after 4 minutes:
Are the three phases in phase with each other? If not you absolutely should not do this. Your...
[Help]Water Show Design
Any PLC and almost any servo would work fine. Relatoion ship between psi and flow is square root. Calculate max flow then you know how to spec your pump. Choose correct pipe size based on flow rates and number of bends etc and where your holes are. probably want prvs...
capacitive level sensors operation
Essentially something is different when you are running than when you are not.
1.) Humidity and moisture buildup could be a factor. The could affect the capacitance that is read. Perpaps the grain that comes out at first is of a different consistancy or...
addressable temperature sensor
Have you considered buying several small plc's with analog inputs? You can just network them with rj45 or wifi if you want. How many sensors? How big of an area? What power is available?
pid+analog
The only reason to vary the excitation of a snychronrous generator would be to vary the power factor of the power being produced. You would need to have a CT and on the conductor the feeds the exciter. You would need two CT's on two of the three phases on the generator output. The...
