Hi Guys,
I'm simulationg a circuit in Pspice and parallel trying to calculate it in Mathcad.
I have tested the FFT in Pspice and the cfft in Mathcad and there is a difference in the amplitude, so the scaling.
The one in Mathcad is scaling with 1/n I think. Can you tell me what expression...
Hello everybody,
I'm simulating a circuit in Pspice. I need to optimize 2 different parameters in the same time and alsolink others to them trough a mathematic expression.
The parametric AC simulation permits only to change one parameter or other Elemet values if theres a mathematic...
Hello
I would like to simulate a simple circuit with a current Mirror built with NMOS Transistors.
To test the linearity of the circuit accuratly I would like to take also the variation of the Gate capacity with the Voltage, called the Total charge effect, into account.
Have you any idea how...
Hello,
i found this Pspice Model of a current noise source. I integrated it in Pspice und wanted to simulate in a very simple Test circuit.
It dosn't work.
I always revceive this error message: FN0 is not defined with a little bar afterward that I don't know.
The Noise source is supposed to...
Hello
I'm trying to use the IPWL function of PSpice.
I can't really get it.
In the parameters of the source we find a list I1, I2,... but not where to write the times corresponding to these values.
I saw also there is the possibility to use a text file, a .dat
can you please explain in...
Hello everybody,
it is perhaps a silly question but I'm tired and can't really think now :)
so:
I need to determine the shape of a curent pulse. It is supposed to be given in the Simulation through an IPWL(piecewise linear) in Pspice.
My pulse width is 50ns. The sensittivity is : 0,6 A/W...
Yes the first circuit I developped is built with a transimpedanceamplifier.
I'm just looking for alternatives. I thought about the amplifying currentmirrors. But this solution is only worth it when the transistors are matched with only the ratio >1.
Thank you!
Hello,
could you please tell me if there are current mirrors in the market with a ratio more than 1:1?
The matched transistors that I found are identical (1:1) or are destined for very hight currents. I need to amplify a photocurrent.
I found the TL021 of TI, but they are not produced...
