Hi.
I haven't any experience in ADC design, but now I have the opportunity to learn it because I'm designing a low power 4 bits flash ADC.
It's well known that the performance of the comparator constrains the performance of the entire ADC.

¿How to run hspice?
on linux:
1. create a file simulation1.sp (input file)
2. Run in a terminal (in the folder where you created the *.sp file)
$ hspice simulation1.sp > simulation1.lis
3. the file *.lis is a output file that has all the information about the simulation...
