    hi .lib tt is a big library and you must find in << .lib MOS>> a nmos or cmos as usally named nch.1 or pch.# and use in your netlist after that by <<.option list >> you can find in *.lis your nmos properties. but you dont need cox . and by<< .op >> the threshold voltage, gm , id, rds...

    hi me too, i have this problem, i want to use << .MODEL nch_rf.1 >> with this Syntax : .lib 'rf018.l' TT_RFMOS mn1 2 1 0 0 nch_rf.1 w=7u l=0.18u but deal with this error: **error** model name nch_rf.1 in the element 0:mn1 is not defined. can you help me? thanks a lot
