50ohm Oscilloscope Input Impedance DC or AC?

I would like to as why DC coupling is offered only when the 50 ohm termination is selected? Is that any effect on the signal if i am measuring low frequency with 50 ohm input termination?

how do routing for MIM capacitor? failed in LVS

Hello, i have this lVS error and unable to solve it. How to do routing fo MIM capacitance?? i have used via top,via5 ,via 4 ,via 3 and so on until it is connected to metal 3 and routed to others. however, LVS shows it is not connected. How do it know which is pos or neg according to the LVs...

    n+ poly salicide connection (snp_rfb)

sorry, i'm still confusing, the model i use is snp_rfb(n+ poly salicide) and is it possible the subtrate of the resistor is P-?? is it n- substrate is for P+ Poly Salicide?

    n+ poly salicide connection (snp_rfb)

is that i just create a instance of ptap into the substrate right? i'm using 0.13um technology but i can't find ptap/ ntap in the library.is that adding M1-Psub? i added it but it still shows not connected properly. what should i do? thank you so much for your help

    n+ poly salicide connection (snp_rfb)

sorry, i dont really understand. how should i make the routing? is that i add a contact and connect with metal??

    n+ poly salicide connection (snp_rfb)

Hi, there are 3 terminal for the resistor where one is minus , another one is plus at two end of the resistor, however, i need to connect the middle terminal to the ground. what should i add to make the resistor connect to ground? i add poly contact for making connection to ground but it doesn't...

Current Mirror Differential Amplifier Layout Matching using Cadence

Thank you so much  , but may i know that i is that i need to redraw the schematic in order to pass the LVS. For example , i have 20u transistor and i splitting them into 4, is that i need to make changes in my schematic then only i can do matching in the layout?

Current Mirror Differential Amplifier Layout Matching using Cadence

Hihi, may i know how to do interdigitize?? i have inserted two transistors one by one into layout . how should i do so that i can digitize both transistors together for matching? may i know that do i need to do modifications like adding transistor or others on my schematic? or i just need to...
