eagle polygon print drill
Hi,
does anyone know how to make the "NC Drill Chart" from Eagle? He is *not* intrested in the output files generated by "excellon.cam". (since he is a small PCB manufracturer and does not have the capability)
The NC drill chart that he showed was a positive print...
Hi,
I have been using WinAVR for quite sometime now. Earlier I was using AVR-GCC. Now the releases are WinAVR.
**broken link removed**
WInAVR work well for all small, medium and large projects, you can see the details at the link above (which also includes setup, sample programs, etc..)
If...
Hi:
I am currently designing a board around AT90S8515. This microcontroller has one serial port built-in.
I require four(4) additional serial ports on this board! What is the best way to have get this done without too much cpu usage? (software uart is ruled out).
Thanks in advance.

HI:
Check out this site. Its based on AVR microcontrollers. Again this will prove to be a good starting point.

tcp/ip+avr
Hi:
Surely the stuff from ethernut.de is good and they are giving all the supporting documents along with it.. So if one can find someone to get the layered PCBs done and also get all the components (SMD) soldered well it will work.
I had considered this board just before going...
Hi:
There are two products that cannot be missed out
1. Norton Firewall and
2. PGPfire from Network Associates/ PGP
Both offer a good personal firewall that serves as a control point for the desktop.

Hi:
I had looked at lot of solutions for a project that I was developing which requires a good TCP/IP support, C compiler, serial ports and should be low cost solution.
I found that the Rabbit 2000/3000 range of solutions from Rabbit semiconductors is an excellent choice for...
hi:
I have found someting that might be of intrest.
Its a 900 MHz tranceiver Reference Design kit article with Schematic/ PCB and documents. I am uploading the files in it:

Dear all:
Thanks for all the suggestions and links. As stated earlier, I knew few of such sites which offer ready to use modules.
At the current stage of the project we will not be able to invest additional funds into it to make the POC with the RF link with readily available modules. Hence I...
Hi:
The distances i am looking for are in the range of 5-feet to 25-feet max(at present). I need to show this stuff as a POC (Proof of Concept) first before I can get the rugged RX/TX modules.
The baud rate also can be as low a 300bps.

Hi:
I am working on a project which uses two boards build around Atmel AT90S8515. At present I am using RS232 to communicate between these two boards. In a longer run I would require to use RF to link these two boards.
I know there are ready-to-use RF Tranceivers modules that I can buy and use...
Rabbit and VC++ Sample Code
Hi:
Here is the VC++ code (simple MFC dialog based VC++ application) which can communicate with the Rabbit3000 board. Please check the Readme-Please.txt file in the attachment for more details.

hello sam:
I have developed a complete payment terminal (hardware was outsourced) around RCM3010.
This system which uses RCM3010 has interfaces to printer, LCD, keyboard, contactless smartcard, magnetic card reader etc... Finally the system communicates over LAN and talks to an Application...
What help are you trying to get? I have done two projects around Rabbit3000 (using RCM3010 -- with ethernet) using Dynamic C.. Let me know what you want.
Thanks
