i am using photo resistor as my light detector but the problem is that when there is light the photo resistor make a light to an led which signifies as logic 1 but the problem is that the output voltage is ranging 1.5v-2v.. how can i get a 4.5v if our vcc is 5v so that it could be read as logic 1??

ASKING ABOUT fire alarm using zigbee device..
help me pls.. we are assign to work on the fire alarm using zigbee... when the end user sense that there is a hot temp it will send data to the coordinator and the coordinator will determine if the device will alarm or not.. asking for the program...
